If the defect is confirmed to be the company’s fault, Packaging Pyramid will take responsibility for reprinting the entire order.
This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States (USD).

Product Condition
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documents
Products that are damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom printed packaging
- Personalized or branded packaging
- Bulk custom orders
Return Method
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team first for return authorization.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products within the same 30-day return window.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
